Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your NAMED COLLECTIVE pieces, but if you're not 100% satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via our portal to the outside of the parcel.

• 3.
  Drop Off Your Return

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; ensure you obtain a drop-off receipt for tracking and insurance purposes.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
